NO It is far from sorted indeed as this video capture shows, The problem goes from bad to worse, In the video clip, TEPCO send a robotic camera down the fuel rod openings to see just how bad things earth level are. The findings show things are NOT Good. Radiation levels even some 6 years later are higher than day 1.
Credit to TEPCO on this though, they have admitted the extent of the problem and trying there best to remedy and solve it.
